Clamps to wheelchair frame, bed rails or other 1-in diameter tubes. Plastic holder is slotted on 2 sides for cups w/handles, also holds glass, cans or bottles. Plastic clamp has a large easily tightened lever knob. Clamp fits a 1-in diameter frame and has a plastic insert to reduce diameter size for 7/8" tube frames.
