Sizing Directions

A. Measure the circumference of the ankle at the narrowest point directly above the ankle bone.

B. Measure the circumference of the calf at the widest point.

C. Measure the circumference of the thigh at the widest point.

D. Measure the circumference of the hips at the widest point.

E. Measure the circumference of the waist.

F. Measure the length of the leg from the floor to the waist.

Sizing Tips: Measurements should be first thing in the morning and should be snug against the skin.

Try to have someone assist you and take the measurements for you as you stand flat footed.
